About our Leadership Team
Paulette Winkfield, Executive and Clinical Director
Paulette Winkfield brings over 15 years of experience in substance abuse and mental health to Synergy Recovery Solutions. She possesses extensive expertise in program development, federal and state compliance, staff development and training, and community outreach. Paulette has previously served as a therapist for Kaleidoscope for Families, Adolescents, and Children, a counselor and clinical supervisor at Kent County Counseling, Connections, and Brandywine Counseling’s outpatient methadone treatment center, a social worker at Dover Interfaith, and the Vice Chair of the Central Delaware Housing Collaborative. Paulette holds an Associate in Applied Science in Human Services and an Associate in Applied Science in Human Services/Drug and Alcohol Counseling from Delaware Technical Community College. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and a Master of Social Work from Delaware State University. Currently, she is a Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH) Narcan trainer. Paulette is a Certified Co-Occurring Disorder Professional (CCDP) and a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC).
Alex Cropper, Chief Executive Officer
Alex Cropper is a highly qualified and motivated professional with over 15 years of experience in substance abuse and mental health services, case
management, and social work. His expertise includes supervision, training, and project management. As the Director of Human Services and former Director of Outpatient Services at Connections CSP, Alex has successfully developed and implemented organizational policies, managed fiscal operations, and coordinated
comprehensive healthcare programs. His strategic vision and leadership have consistently driven program improvements and enhanced service delivery, making him an asset in executive roles.
Greg Quail, Chief Operating Officer
Gregory Quail Jr. brings a wealth of experience in business management and operational leadership. As General Manager at Focus Group Transportation, he oversaw daily operations, developed and implemented growth strategies, managed budgets, and improved revenue. He has a proven track record of training managers and staff, hiring employees, evaluating performance, and researching growth opportunities. Prior to this, Gregory served as a Business Analyst at Focus Group Financial, where he supported global analytics, managed vendor relationships, and enhanced reporting capabilities. His background in financial analysis and customer service, combined with his dedication to operational excellence, makes him an invaluable asset to any organization.
L. Anjanette Marshall, Chief Financial & Marketing Officer
Anjanette Marshall is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with 29 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, external relations, and development. Her extensive background in nonprofit management includes implementing growth strategies, managing budgets, and enhancing revenue. She excels in training managers and staff, contributing to her recognition through numerous awards for leadership, management, and academics. In her current role, Leandra oversees the company’s financial management functions, encompassing accounting, financial planning and analysis, asset-liability management. Her responsibilities also include managing investment portfolios, and investor relations. Her expertise lies in integrating diverse backgrounds to form effective teams and driving financial strategies that foster organizational success.
